Every year these big monsters show up in Boca Grande numbering in the thousands. These fish average up to 200lbs and when hooked on the end of a tight line will put on an unforgettable show that any angler can appreciate.

A fast hitting fish that can reach speeds in excess of 50mph and take 100 yards of line from a reel on the first run. They migrate up the gulf coast in the spring, and back down the coast in the fall. Locating a school of these tenacious fish is great action, where at times we have 2-3 fish hooked up at a time.
